How do I get TaskBoard on my iPhone?
Download TaskBoard from the App Store and sign in with the same account you use on the web. Everything syncs.
What does it cost?
Your first business is free. Each additional business is $9.99 a month. Add businesses in Settings → Plan on the web, or in the iPhone app.
How do I cancel?
On the web, open Settings → Plan → Card, invoices and cancelling. If you subscribed on iPhone, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → TaskBoard.
How does my crew clock in?
Turn on the time clock in your business, then either put the shop kiosk link on a tablet or give each person their own clock link. They clock in with a PIN. You can require a clock-in photo.
Can TaskBoard text my customers?
Yes, from your own Twilio number. Link your Twilio number in Settings, then use Text link on a work order. TaskBoard doesn’t have a shared number of its own.
Is there a limit on the AI?
Each month you get 300 AI requests, or 2,000 if you pay for a business. Settings shows how many you’ve used and when they reset. For no limit, add your own Anthropic API key in Settings; Anthropic bills you directly.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Open a business’s Settings and choose Download a backup. It includes everything in that business.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. Businesses only you own are deleted with everything in them, and shared ones pass to another owner. It can’t be undone. You can also email us to ask. See the Privacy Policy for details.
